For systems installed by BTS, we calculate your support cost based on a simple equation. The cost of the initial labor is annualized and paid on a monthly basis. A BTS support contract includes the recovery of a failed system. Alternatively, you may also choose an on-call labor contract. We recommend that your choice is based on industry compliance, company policy, or other regulations.
Support contracts from BTS are far more effective than those of other consulting firms. Many firms will provide you with an expert consultant to prepare the project, followed up by less experienced staff members for support. With BTS, your primary service technician will usually be the same person that installed your systems.
